Rules and Regulations. ( By affect of 23 Oct' 08 )

1) Students who do not attend co practices must produce a mc or parents letter.

2) Parents letter can only be used once per month.

3) Students who cannot attend co practice or those who are late due to valid reason have to tell their respective sectional leader or else, counted invalid.

4) Students who have gone for overseas have to produce a photocopy of their passport and pass to their respective sectional leaders.

5) Co practice is on every Mondays and Thursdays at 3pm sharp.

6) Students who were late have a 15minutes grace. If they are still not present after 3.15pm, girls would be given a punishment of 15 squats, guys would be given a punishment of 20
pumpings.

7) Any instructions given by committee members have to be followed, or else, counted as defiance, and will have to see Mdm Tan.

8) Students who are late for co practices for 3 times will have to see Mdm Tan. Those who were late 5 times, see Head of Department (Mr OH), those late more than 5 times will have to see principal.

9) Repeated offence would be sent for detention.

10) Students who have remedial will have to reach latest by 4pm. Those who did not have lunch will have to wait for to 2 volunteers appointed to help them buy lunch.

11) Students who did not pay co fund within three days from the appointed date would have to pay an extra fee of 1 dollar.

12) Latest students to arrive for practice will have to put and keep chairs after all practice.

13) All instruments and stands are to be carefully handled.

First of all, I'd like to say that you guys have done well for the CCA orientation! (Okay, I know I repeated that like countless of times.)

Secondly, we got to congratulate our dearest Gerald, for scoring 11 points for his O levels. Clever boy aye? Need tuition, go ask him. Hehe.

I didn't know what to say already. I just wanna say don't slack! Must work harder because SYF 2009 is on it's way. Gotta train up for it already okay? :) I hope you guys can cope with the new sec 1s. Do interact with them more and no, don't scare them off please. Hehehe!

hmm.. ah.. now my turn to blog. not experience. Lol. nvm, i shall try! :) on the first day of co, which was 3rd dec 2007, we were introduced to the new conductors. our conductor is 吴非 , he also teaches cello and bass. Our er hu teacher, zhu lin , he is our temporary er hu teacher . according to gerald, he say this teacher not bad, he ever teach the last few batches for about 11lessons, and he is the er hu 2 principal of sco. sounds like a very good teacher.! =D. so first day of co , we did the usual things, and he teaches us some notes.. lol. we were quite slack tat day. =x opps.. haha.. nvm..
Today!.. our second co lesson, as usual, some did not turn up on that day. our first da zu with the new conductor. he speak real soft. =x. and today we learn a new song : 花好月圆. a quite simple song i surpose. ok so time files like that... and... than.. .....

hello... I am here to tell my section... Tt there will b a change in instructor n conductor... I choose nt to hide frm u all... I think the new instructor will b there on the 3rd dec... So make sure u all turn up... Unfortunately... I wont b there, as i am in shanghai... Amanda also may nt b there... As gt work experience... So pls be mentally prepared...

Frm mr heng... The instructor shld b frm china... The sch wan change instructor... As they wan result... (u cant blame the sch 4 tt)bt also nt completely zs fault... As the fault also lies wif us, the members, as well as other reasons...

I noe hw u all feel... As zs was ur 1st conductor... Bt since things has already been like tis... Than juz accept fact...

I noe alot ppl will feel angry... And quit or wad... And alot ppl will wan quit if the instructor is stict... Pls dun... Hello people.

Well, I saw the previous post by Gerald. I can say for sure that he is a good sectional leader in CCSSCO. He may seemed A LITTLE naggy and grouchy, but what he do is still for the benefits of you all. And one thing to comment on him, he really kept the chairs after each practices since Secondary 1. Though he'll grumble A BIT, he still did his job.

Well if the Sec 4 seniors came back to help, please appreciate them. They're busy handling with their O levels and still find time to come back, shouldn't you guys treasure them?

Yo... i here again... i am now saying my opinon as Section leader of erhu.
I am here to defend for my section.
I dare say my section is hardworking. we always one of the 1st to come and 1 of the last to go.

I HAVE BEEN ARRANGING CHAIRS SINCE I WAS SEC 1 TO NOW... u can check wif my seniors like weijuan or zhiying.

We did arrange our own chairs and keep them. Although some times my members does nt keep their own chair, however i will still kip for them, hence my section chairs are all kept.
Moreover, i ensure tt my juniors went back to the EL ROOM TO HELP KEEP CHIARS OK... Most of the ppl that help kip chairs are my section. I DUN SEE OTHER SECTION THERE, SO hw can u say my section didnt keep chairs? I think it is unfair to us. EL ROOM was use by the whole co.. We help to keep, yet was accused?
And I WAS ACCUSE FOR SITTING ON A TABLE, NT HELPING THEM TO MOVE TABLE OUT?! hello i was tunning my gao hu and grace erhu... IT IS MY JOB TO ENSURE MY SECTION INSTRUMENT ARE TUNED. Did i did anything wrong? sry if i did.
I am nt those kind of ppl tt do nt help ok?

To be honest, my section is improving, i really hope every1 appreciate the efforts we had put in.

We had been having our own individual pract sometimes during fri. We would like to thank Ms ning for opening the door for us everytime, and Shuting for staying back on sum fri to help me teach them.

And i dun see other section doing the same thing as us. HUQIN... carry on ur hardwork... u will be rewarded.

No matter wad, i also the section leader of Huqin, and also a non recognize concert master. Even if u dun gib a damn of my position, i am at least a senior, and i think i do deserve some respect.

CO is now facing a crisis. I realy hope some1 will do smth abt it.

If I, a sec 4 can even come on time, i dun see y others cannot.

Pls take note.. WE, SEC 4s, COME back to CO to help u guys, Pls dun take us for granted ok. We dun mind sacrifising our time to come to CO, and even having extra pract... But pls dun take us for granted.

Alot of teacher has been asking me not to go to CCA, but i still went.

If tis carries on, we r led wif no choice, bt to stop comming co and the upcomming sept performance, and concentrate fully on our work.

4 chairmans.... a new CO.... I really hope i will see changes bah.

Lastly, all the best for tml performance. It maybe the last performance wif some of ur seniors. Hope it will be memorable to Some bah.

Hi people!

I've got some time so I've decided to blog here a little. To help Gerald a bit. Anyways, I'm Weijuan, your Erhu Senior. I've graduated in year 2006.

I suppose the Sec 4 seniors are busy with their O levels preparation. You guys gotta take care and study hard uh! Weather is a little unpredictable recently. So gotta drink more water and wear jacket if you're feeling cold. Don't act hero uh. Know why I said that? Because I'm studying in Republic Poly(RP) and they uses aircon like don't need money like that one. Aiyo. The school is like experiencing winter everyday. LOL.

I shall end here. I'll find time to go back to see you guys. But I think that most of you, the new juniors won't know who am I. Oh wells, I will be back for Teacher's Day Celebration. As for National Day Celebration, I've to see how it goes. Cause I might be skipping school on that day. Teeheehee.

hey peeps. SYF is drawing near. PLEASE ATTEND CO PRACTICES!!! frm what i heard, most instruments is doing well. with the exception of dizi. as u noe, every instrument is important in an orchestra. so dun think that other instruments can cover u up. things are not that easy. and for those who is still weak, dun think that peeps of ur own instruments will cover u. that's not possible.

practice the parts that u are not sure of or ask the teachers. the teachers are there to teach u.

lastly, there will be a CO camp from 12 march - 16 march. 9am - 5pm. these extra practices are arranged specially for u. please attend it. every single practice now is precious. use it wisely. okays. i shall end here. take care loads. =)

as u all noe, ur syf is on april. as to which date im not sure. but i seriously hope that u guys put effort in bringing the best out of CCS's CO. i had friends frm band who told me that CO standard seemed to drop alot. im not stressing u guys or wat. i jus hope that u guys are putting in effort for the SYF. dun carry a "play play" heart.

saying back the past. HAIS. we hope to clinch a silver for SYF 2005. but got a bronze instead. it hit us so badly. we all went to the SCH for the results thing. and i guess im the first to cry and last to stop. its rather embarrassing i noe. perhaps, luck was not with us at that time. we did crazy stunts after the result thing. we all nearly went mad. like screaming in the streets etc..... but it was fun and memoriable. though we din managed to clinch a silver. in our hearts, we all noe that we have done our very best. all the efforts deserves praising and claps. now ask urself, have u been putting in ur very best?

i may sound very mean or wateva. but deep down in my heart, i really hope that u guys practice for the sake of leaving a memoriable moment in ur sec sch life and not practice for the sake of practising it only.

good luck peeps. time is really running out. use all the practices wisely. ur seniors are all here giving all the moral support u need. the scoldings and everything that Zhang Sheng gave we all had it before. he really want us to be the best in every way we can. pls understand him.

yeah. this is weijuan here. =) anyways. Gerald had invited me to participate in blogging in this blog. hmms.

errm. SYF is next yr. i really hope that u guys will achieve a silver. cos SYF 2005 we din make it. was rather disheartening. so hope that u guys will do clinch it. for the sake of CO at least.

i cant go for CO recently cos i have been going for job interviews. hmm. i'll try to go one day. yeah. i believe u guys can do it. i have faith in u!! we will give our outmost moral support!! hee.. muz jia you!!! not enuf oil tell me. i go supermarket buy.
